Student Testimony Forums are Strong Intern Support Tools
One of the greatest resources for students who are considering the possibility of participating in a summer intern program is researching reviews of the company and program itself. And one of the standard items they will discover is feedback forums from other students who have participated in Southwestern Company or other organizations who sponsor the programs.
Peer information and feedback are powerful tools for demonstrating the quality of a program. And these are the voices that young adults are most likely to listen to in relationship to how much they will like the program, as well as whether or not they expect it to be worthwhile. And although adult voices still have the authority orientation for these students, their peers’ approval is the most power support voice that can be achieved.
Southwestern Company has millions of previous students who can testify to their experience. Any intern company is going to have student testimonials that will relate their experiences with the organization. And if you are unable to find any contact, forum or testimonial support on any specific company, you will definitely want to reconsider your options and possibly look elsewhere. How you spend your summer is important, the intern program you choose is just as important.
