The US Open tennis championships, one of the most sought after Grand Slam tournaments, is just around the corner. The US Open tennis schedule begins August 30, 2010 and goes until September 12, 2010.

The US Open 2010 is anticipated to be a record-breaker in attendance and in viewership. It will be a spectacle as the who’s who in the tennis world battle it out for the best in the Men’s Singles and the best in Women’s Singles. The winners will not only get a trophy, but the prize money totaling $19 million US dollars. The top four seeded players, Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Any Murray are all in excellent shape and terrific form. However, with players like Berdych and Soderling who also has some exceptional moves, will make the top 4 sweat to maintain their standing, or there’s even a chance for an upset with US Open tennis scores that will even surprise the betting statistics. The stakes are high between rivals Nadal and Federer. Nadal and Djokovic, both top seeded players, will also be battling it out to the max, but it’s Nadal who has the best chance of winning the cup. For the women’s tennis, the court is wide-open as to who will be clinching the cup.
